I haven't been able to find an automated way to do what you are asking, but I did spend some time today attempting to do it manually. I know something similar has been asked several times in regards to adding multiple textures to models - but now I've successfully added all the textures, how do I pack them together please? Is there a way to get coppercube to pack them? Or does anyone know a reliable way to pack them manually? Problem is that "Pack All Textures" is greyed out (only seems to work for static meshes, not animated meshes?).
